Access

The keyless entry lock makes it easy for you to come and go. The lock has an app to lock/unlock the phone via bluetooth. You will be provided with an eKey and a personalized code so you don't have to worry about having your phone. In addition, you will have access to everything in the house to include laundry and beach equipment.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly! Please be respectful as there are many full time residents, but don’t hesitate to say hi! It is a privately owned street so traffic is minimal and it has easy access to the beach so that you can enjoy the sugary white sands and blue water. The sunsets are breathtaking, and some evenings you can enjoy an aerial show from local P-51 Mustangs and other small planes. On Thursdays you can go to the dune at the end of the street or walk just a little bit further out to the beach to watch the fireworks at 9 pm sharp.

Transit

Uber’s and Lyfts are plentiful in Destin or you can walk to Norriego Pointe and catch the water taxi over to the boardwalk and local restaurants.

Notes

Dear Guests, As you depart, there are a few departure procedures with which we ask your assistance and appreciate very much for helping with. Departure time is 10 am sharp and the cleaners will arrive shortly after 10am. Late checkouts are not authorized and will incur a $100 fee and an additional $100 fee for every hour thereafter. Please plan accordingly. These small things will help ensure that there is a smooth transition between guests and will hopefully be reciprocated for you in the future if you choose to stay again. It also gives the opportunity to allow early check-ins. Please… **Laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided** - Wash/ Dry all used BEACH towels/ dry. Cleaning crew will fold and put away. Please ensure sand has been shaken off any items before placing in washer. - Load/Start the dishwasher. Cleaning crew will unload it. - Take all garbage out to the trash can marked “17” located out front. - Place used bath towels on the floor in the bathroom(s). - Leave used beds unmade or strip and place sheets at the foot of the bed - Remove all items from the refrigerator/freezer and dispose of. Condiments may be left behind. - Clean used pots/ pans/ skillet (Do not put in dishwasher). - Sweep up any excessive sand. - Ensure all doors are closed/locked, lights are off, and outside water is off. - Ensure all towels are accounted for. (Beach and Bath Towels) - Check all drawers (under the bed) and closet for personal items. - Your code will expire at 10 am the day you check out. - Leave home in good order. House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

This was our first time visiting Destin. We knew we didn’t want a big condo building so we looked for a house and this townhouse was perfect! It’s tucked away on a quiet street. The home itself is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. It’s a short walk to jetty area with calm waters for kids. But, once we set up the chairs and umbrellas they provided we could easily bounce between there and the Gulf waters. The sand is so soft and beautiful!! But, it is super hard to pull a wagon thru. So bring a backpack cooler and carry as much as possible. Trust me, it’s easier just to throw stuff over your shoulders. You’ll see breathtaking sunsets and fireworks from the beach on Thursday nights (Monday too during the summer). You have to drive to restaurants and coffee shops- but, its a quick ride to ANYTHING you could want. It’s a great beach bungalow! Aaron is amazing to deal with, too! Highly recommend! (PS-eat at Boshamps-delicious!)

This townhome is the perfect location for a relaxed weekend for 2-4 people near the beach. I stayed for a week with my mother while I worked remotely from Monday to Friday and I can say the house is very well equipped with all the amenities you need. The beds were super comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with nice sidewalk yo go for morning walks. We did find the grill not ready to use and we contacted the host and he was very responsive and brought us promptly (<30 mins) what we needed. The beach near the house is very private and is the perfect spot to see the fireworks!! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully furnished, clean and very organized townhouse in a special little enclave that is more private feeling. Aaron was the BEST host; he was super helpful! The Bay Area by the jetties was the perfect place for our son to play in the water and not worry about the waves knocking him over but also a short walk to be at the actual beach with all the waves.

Highly recommend! Loved staying here and will definitely return! Was a short walk to the private beach. Everything is a 5 minute drive whether it’s to local shops or restaurants. In a great quite area with not a lot of noise or partying around. The place was amazing just like the pictures. I’m always worried about bed quality when I go on vacation because I have a tempur-pedic at home and the beds were amazing. Couldn’t be happier and glad I stumbled across their listing.
