You have access to all of the resort amenities; pool, hot tub, gym, and restaurant.

Interaction With Guests

My interaction is primarily via text, email, and phone. In the event of an emergency I will be there promptly to take care of any critical issues.

Neighborhood

The Resort is a safe place to visit, as well as, the city of Destin. You are located in a central location to everything and you can get anywhere with ease.

Transit

You can drive anywhere with ease, but if you don’t wish to do so there are other options. UBer, Lyft, and city taxi are available at your request via apps and phone. If you have a bike you can ride those around as well and walking is always an option as well. The resort shuttle will take you to and from the beach access (between March-October).

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

Location of the condo was perfect, short walk to pool, front desk, restaurant and courts. Being on the first floor was such a great bonus. The resort is perfectly located next to restaurants, only a short drive to Walmart, dollar tree and Publix. Everything was as described, super easy check in process, room was very clean! The added beach chairs, toys, wagon and umbrella we were very thankful for! I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the resort amenities. The room on the first floor was a value add given we didn’t need to wait in elevators. It was a short walk to the pool and we didn’t have any additional noise from patrons enjoying the pool while we were inside our room. The management was quick to address some items that came up during our initial check in at the room. Having the extra “beach” items was a value add for our family as we own these items, but did not want to travel with them.

Facility was easy to find. Check in process was smooth. Unit had everything listed, including beach equipment and towels. Host communicated well before, during, and after visit. Several amenities available, such as multi pools, restaurants, fitness center, playground, games, and tennis court. Host was very detailed, which eliminated the guesswork.

We had an amazing stay with East Pass Rental Group - the bnb was perfect for my family of 5! The kiddos loved the pools, playground & their spacious bunk beds! The bnb had tons of room inside and the floor level patio was perfect! The renters reached out to check on us a few times throughout our stay which was nice to know they were there if we needed anything. We also were able to check in early! 10/10 the best bnb we’ve stayed in. Thank you!!
