You have access to all of the resort amenities; pool, hot tub, gym, and restaurant.

Interaction With Guests

My interaction is primarily via text, email, and phone. In the event of an emergency I will be there promptly to take care of any critical issues.

Neighborhood

The Resort is a safe place to visit, as well as, the city of Destin. You are located in a central location to everything and you can get anywhere with ease.

Transit

You can drive anywhere with ease, but if you don’t wish to do so there are other options. UBer, Lyft, and city taxi are available at your request via apps and phone. If you have a bike you can ride those around as well and walking is always an option as well. The resort shuttle will take you to and from the beach access (between March-October).

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

I absolutely LOVE this Airbnb! I’ve stayed at a few others before but this one was by far the BEST I’ve ever stayed at. If I could stay there again whenever I’m back in the area I definitely would! The host literally had everything we needed. Everything was clean, organized and comfortable. I wasn’t that pleased with the way the parking areas were a good distance from the units so it sucked trying to unload our belongings but that wasn’t the host’s fault. The pool areas were very lovely & my son enjoyed it. If you’re debating on booking this Airbnb I’m telling you to BOOK IT NOW!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. We traveled in a group with four adults. There is a king suite and a second, smaller room has a full bunk bed with an attached bath. This worked totally fine for us, but could see it as a downside for some. Otherwise, the rental has everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Pots/pans, a whole rack of spices. Enough amenities for a few days for sure. As an FYI you do have to cross a fairly busy road to get to the beach. I was worried, but this was totally doable on foot as it does have a cross walk. There is a shuttle as well- it’s a $2 fee/ person there and back for the state park and while it was nice to get there by shuttle it was difficult to get a ride back and we ended up walking back instead. The public beach access gets VERY busy, but we found it worth it to walk to Henderson Beach (state park) instead. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. This area is incredibly family oriented and has lots to do besides the beach if that’s not your cup of tea.

We had a wonderful stay at unit 2111 which is located on the 1st floor. The location was great!! There were restaurants, Walmart, etc nearby. Aaron was accommodating, and he was always available for any questions I may have. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful place! Aaron was quick to respond when we had issues getting in, which was a wifi issue that was quickly resolved. Everything is as described. Our boys loved the pool and closeness to the beach. The palms bistro was delicious. Beds were comfortable and we were close to everything. Thank you again!
