Neighborhood

Nice quiet area within a short walk to the sugary white sands of Destin. You can enjoy the beach at Norriego Point, East Pass by the jetty, or the Gulf shore. All easily accessible.

Transit

There is a water taxi available from Norriego Point that will take you anywhere on the harbor, or order an Uber for a short ride to wherever you need to go in Destin.

Notes

There is a large parking space just a few steps to the front door. There is also a spot for guests

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

My family and I had planned to stay at this place for 4 nights, but on the third night we decided to book one more night! If that tells you anything about this place, it’s that we loved it. It’s in a private feeling area and close to the beaches and stores. If you are looking for a place to stay I would recommend here.

Our second year back and this condo has become our little home away from home. You have a private and public beach within walking distance through a quite neighborhood. You're a Short drive to any of the top eating spots and the harbor walk village. Everything in this condo is very cleaned, and well kept. We can't wait to be back already!

Great place for your Destin family vacation. Good location-15 minute walk from the beach, without parking hassle. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice sitting area outside and great recommendations from the host to make your stay more enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location and close to many things with just a short walk! The only issue encountered was with the full bed which messed up my girlfriend's back-- we did not try the queen sleeper sofa and opted to just pickup an air mattress. Communication from host was great along with the ample supply of beach items to go with the private beach (not crowded at all) access!

its a great location, the private beach was our favorite! loved having a washer and dryer! the beds were our biggest complaint, mattresses are not very comfortable at all. communication was great! easy check in.

The condo was beautiful the location was great. A short walk in a beautiful community to the beach. Was very private and felt very floridian the pictures didn't do it justice we fell in love as soon as we walked in. We will definitely be looking to rent again!!!!
