Neighborhood

Nice quiet area within a short walk to the sugary white sands of Destin. You can enjoy the beach at Norriego Point, East Pass by the jetty, or the Gulf shore. All easily accessible.

Transit

There is a water taxi available from Norriego Point that will take you anywhere on the harbor, or order an Uber for a short ride to wherever you need to go in Destin.

Notes

There is a large parking space just a few steps to the front door. There is also a spot for guests

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

Condo was cute and clean. Aaron was very responsive and courteous when we corresponded. Down side it was at least a 13 minute walk to the gulf. When you are taking beach supplies and kids it’s difficult and tiring to haul everything. There are also a lot of steps at the gulf entrance boardwalk so be prepared to do some heavy lifting of wagons, chairs, coolers etc.. Condo is first level and the noise from those above you carries through the floor. Those staying directly above us woke us up at 3AM coming home from the bars and deciding to party it up and wrestle. Overall pros were cute condo, cons was the distance to gulf and noisy occupants in other condos.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was in the middle of everything in Destin, and about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood off the coastline. My wife and I will definitely be back!

Amazing vacation stay! The location is perfect for a private beach family oriented stay. Exactly what we were looking for . Wonderful neighborhood. Everything is close . Walk to the beach ! They had a awesome wagon to help bring all your beach supplies for the walk . The parking spot is right next to your door so convenient . Very clean ! Cute little patio ! I would highly recommend this place .

Honestly such a great visit, East Pass was very accommodating to us right off the bat. Aaron was super quick in his responses and very helpful even in situations he didn’t have to be! The place already had beach supplies perfect for a day trip and the place itself was super cute. Definitely recommend!

The condo was wonderful and just as described! It has everything you could need and is close to the water, food, and shopping. Our favorite part was walking down to Norriego Point. It's a lovely spot and was never crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

Aaron's place is exactly like the pictures: stylish, cute, roomy, well located and practical! There are 3 walking distance public beach entrances and you are a short car ride away to many lovely places. There's also a sidewalk that's roughly a mile and a half long for morning walks. Excellent. Would 100% stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.
