Neighborhood

Nice quiet area within a short walk to the sugary white sands of Destin. You can enjoy the beach at Norriego Point, East Pass by the jetty, or the Gulf shore. All easily accessible.

Transit

There is a water taxi available from Norriego Point that will take you anywhere on the harbor, or order an Uber for a short ride to wherever you need to go in Destin.

Notes

There is a large parking space just a few steps to the front door. There is also a spot for guests

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

This was our first time visiting Destin and it was so much fun! We would definitely stay here again. Aaron's place looks just like the pictures. The best part was that beach chairs, a cooler and towels were provided especially since we flew in.

I had a wonderful time staying in this perfect beach getaway. It was so clean, convenient and just what I was hoping for. Just a short walk to the beach! The outside patio was great, it was perfect for getting sun and reading a book. I will be booking again soon!!

Aaron’s apartment provided us a comfortable place (with FREE PARKING ON SITE) to enjoy what Destin and the surrounding areas have to offer. Multiple beach access points are within walking/short drive if one area is too busy for your personal preferences. When we visit Destin again, we hope Aaron’s place is available.
