Enjoy the turquoise water and the sugar white sands of the emerald coast in Destin, FL, nicknamed “the world’s luckiest fishing village”. Pebbles Cove at The Palms of Destin is your home away from home that has everything you’ll need for a relaxing retreat. Sun rise, suntan, sunset, repeat… Pebbles Cove condo is located on the 2nd floor of a resort with unsurpassed amenities: lagoon pool with hot tub, new onsite coffee house, sports bar/restaurant with patio bar/restaurant, gym, playground, tennis/basketball/pickle ball courts and parking garage. While not directly on the beach, Pebbles Cove is just a stone’s throw away across the street from the blissful beach. The resort provides a free shuttle service to/from the beach and HarborWalk Village (mid-March through mid-September). The resort’s location is ideal- central to stores/restaurants/attractions. The condo is 975 sq feet with an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with maximum capacity for 6 people (Note: children/infants count towards headcount and the max capacity of 6). Master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has full sized bed. Beds/pillows/linens are comfortable to ensure a restful night’s sleep. There is also a pull-out sleep sofa- mattress upgraded January 2023, in addition to the pull out sofa there is also a pull out twin sleeper chair in the living area. Pebbles Cove has laminate and tile flooring in all rooms with just a few area rugs. The unit is updated and clean with new furnishings. The recently updated kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and dishes. Enjoy a beverage out on the balcony- shaded in the morning, sunny in the afternoon. Living room and master bedroom TV’s are smart TV’s and ready for your streaming services. The unit has board games and cards for a good old fashioned family night of fun.

Transit

Uber, Lyft, Golf Cart, bicycles, and walking are all options. Use an app for Uber or Lyft. Golf Carts and bicycles may be rented, a search engine is your friend when searching for what fits your needs best. There are a few attractions and stores within walking distance, but it is highly recommended to find vehicle transportation outside of a half mile radius of the resort.

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

This was a great place to stay. Host responded immediately to an issue I had with accessing the Wi-Fi and it was solved immediately. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The decor qas also very cute and I loved the theme. I would defi like be willing to stay here again if I'm ever back in Destin.

Nicole’s place was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway with family. The location of the resort and amenities offered were exactly as advertised and we look forward to returning in the near future. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who is interested in Destin, FL. 10/10.

Nicole’s place is super clean. Great condo for if you just need a place to stay in Destin with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything about that aspect is great. Unit is located towards end of hall if you have older folks that can’t walk far. The hotel restaurant- often empty we did not eat there once. Sat down for breakfast waited 20 minutes no service so left. Did not get a single drink from the bar while there. The pool- largest pool in Destin but only maybe 25 chairs. Not good. The hot tub- holds 50 people but only a 25 person limit- also not good especially during the colder season. Again i would 100 percent recommend Nicole’s condo for staying in Destin but you may want to have a backup plan for pool and plan on driving to the nearby beach everyday and pay $6 to park or have friends and family nearby where you can go to their beach/ pool. Definitely hit the grocery and bring your own beverages. Not a lot to offer at the hotel , the Palms.

Beautiful place to stay and enjoy while in Destin. It was all very welcoming and felt like home. We are a family of four and our two kids loved the place and specially the pool. We had everything we needed during our stay. I cooked in the kitchen that had everything I needed. The beds are super comfy and other units are quiet so no worries of loud neighbors. It’s a great home away from home.

Our flight was delayed so we had to do the after hours check in. The employee at SanDestin resort was pleasant and checked us in easily, however he did forget to give us wrist bands which we were spotted for not having. The unit was clean and well furnished. One complaint is that the beach chairs, umbrellas, and “wagon” were unusable. The umbrella was broken, the chairs would fold out when sitting on them. HOWEVER, the local manager Aaron went ABOVE AND BEYOND to go get us a new wagon, new chairs, new umbrellas. He honestly saved us in regards to beach equipment. The pool at the resort is lovely. Our 8 month old didn’t care for the water at first, but on the last day did not want to leave! This was her first vacation and my family and I will remember it forever. The beach is roughly 10 minute walk from the complex. Public beach was busy, but not hectic. We were able to find a spot each of our 4 days. Place is conveniently located to many sites. Would stay again!

We loved our stay here! Highly recommend for families. My family of 5 was incredibly comfortable here, used the sofa bed for the littlest one and two kids fit in the full bed. AC, Wi-Fi everything worked perfectly, it was very clean and the best part was having the washer and dryer within the unit. Book your stay here you won’t regret it.
