Access

Guests will check-in at the front with the reservation number provided before 5pm. After 5pm, the security guard at the gate will assist you with your check-in. Resort codes/ parking pass/ and wrist bands will be provided in your packet. The code to the condo will be provided by management via your pre-arrival message.

Interaction With Guests

My interaction is primarily via text, email, and phone. In the event of an emergency I will be there promptly to take care of any critical issues.

Neighborhood

The resort is a family oriented place. The resort has security for your safety and assistance with matters regarding the resort. The resort has many full time residence and we ask that you respect their home. Everyone at the resort is here to have a good time and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day stressors.

Transit

Uber, Lyft, Golf Cart, bicycles, and walking are all options. Use an app for Uber or Lyft. Golf Carts and bicycles may be rented, a search engine is your friend when searching for what fits your needs best. There are a few attractions and stores within walking distance, but it is highly recommended to find vehicle transportation outside of a half mile radius of the resort.

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

Enjoyed my stay. Host was very accommodating and took care of all my requests immediately. The kitchen and bath look newly renovated however, the tub in master bath could be replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals including cookware, utensils, plates and glasses. Loved that beach towel and chairs were provided.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Loved the view. My daughters had an absolute blast. I felt that it was close enough to everything if you forgot or needed anything. We will definitely be back. Great price for a great trip. Thank you all again.

We stayed there for a week and everything was smooth. The place was clean and well-organized, the beds were comfortable, we never heard people from other apartments. The host replied quickly to our contact requests. As others have stated, there are beach items (4 beach chairs, although one was not in a good shape, beach towels, a few beach kids toys, etc.), which can be handy if you don't want to bring too much. The resort is nice and definitely family-oriented, it is maintained fine, e.g. we never had to wait for an elevator for more than 45'', the pools are very nice. There is plenty of restaurants and stores in a short radius, and there is a walmart very close by if you want to buy your own stuff. There were only a couple of unexpected things for us: 1) the extensive amount of paperwork for the booking - it is essentially like signing a lease, and you need to accept a lot of responsibilities. 2) the check-out procedures, which are very strict (at least on paper) and somewhat unexpected, e.g. having to wash and dry the apartment beach towels the night before you leave (so they can be ready for the next guest?), and was all bath towels the morning you leave (but you don't need to have them dried). Anyway, it was fine with us and, at the end, we enjoyed our stay there.

We booked this unit for a family beach trip during a holiday weekend. The check in process was easy and seamless. Parking is in a deck that is a pretty far walk from the actual building where the unit is located. It wasn’t a major issue, but was a bit of a challenge. One of the first things we noticed when entering the unit’s tower was a terrible mildew smell. It’s noticeable in the elevator, but especially on the floor of the unit. The unit is stocked with a coffee bar and laundry pods, which was super helpful. Despite the gulf views, the location of the unit is quite far from the beach, as in you need to pack up your car and drive there. The best surprise was the amazing gym where we worked out each morning. The check out process was also seamless. I wouldn’t stay here again, but most of those reasons are due to the condo complex and not specific to this unit.

Terrific condo! Easy check in, very detailed and easy to follow. It’s in a great location, the beach is a short walk away but there is also a shuttle that will take you. In the condo there is everything you need for the beach: umbrella, wagon, chairs, cooler, towels, etc.. it was great to not have to pack that stuff. The resort has a great pool and the most adorable coffee shop ever. Also there are restaurants and grocery stores around you. We had a fantastic time!!

Clean and spacious condo. It was stocked with all you might need especially the coffee area which had sugar and creamer as well as enough coffee for our trip. There were beach chairs and pool noodles and floats too. We enjoyed the resort facilities as well.
