Welcome to The Palms of Destin Resort, where Sea la Vie is the motto!!! This second floor unit provides the perfect getaway with easy access to all of the amenities that the resort has to offer. Sea la Vie couldn’t be easier while staying in this junior suite. The unit overlooks the pool and is easy to access with the stairs and elevator just steps from the door. This makes it easy to go back and forth to your room without waiting on an elevator or trekking up multi flights of stairs. You can let your kids hang out at the pool while you lounge on your private shaded patio - close enough for comfort, but you still get to have some quiet time! This resort has a lot to offer: you’ll find The Bistro restaurant in the main area, a gym, a hot tub, a medium sized heated pool, and a big lagoon-style pool with plenty of room to wade around with your friends. The common area patio allows you to hang out and meet other guests from all around the country and across the globe. Just inside, there are plenty of TV’s and a bar to enjoy the sport of your choosing. The kiddy pool is a lot of fun for the little ones and helps you to wear them out before you put them down for the night. If you wish to spend your time on the beach, you can catch the hotel shuttle straight to beach access where you can enjoy the blue waters and white powdery sands of Destin. Your entire vacation can be spent within the resort with plenty to do, or you can venture out into Destin, which has even more to offer. In this junior suite, you are centrally located between all of the nightlife, restaurants, and entertainment in Destin. The Track in Destin is just a short walk away where you can enjoy 2 putt-putt golf courses, go karts, rides, and more. Just across the street there is a sports complex if you want to play catch or hit the ball around. Further down the road you’ll find The Big Kahuna water park with water slides and a river float. If you are feeling adventurous you can visit any of the many boat rental shops and take a trip out to Crab Island. During the summer season Crab Island is the place to be! There are a few golf courses in Destin as well, so if you like to hit the links, then you are in the right spot. We all like to eat and there are a lot of options to choose from, whether it is high end at Ruth’s Chris or just a quick bite from Burrito Del Sol. If you just want to get away to relax, then this condo is the perfect place for you. The condo is spacious and stylish, while making you feel like you are right at home. This junior suite features a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. The additional room features a full/twin bunk beds and a full bathroom as well. The living area features a queen size pull out sofa that accommodates 2 more guests. This unit is a 6 guest max occupancy, so you and your family of 5 can come enjoy the beach life to get away from the daily grind. Transit

Uber, Lyft, Golf Cart, bicycles, and walking are all options. Use an app for Uber or Lyft. Golf Carts and bicycles may be rented, a search engine is your friend when searching for what fits your needs best. There are a few attractions and stores within walking distance, but it is highly recommended to find vehicle transportation outside of a half mile radius of the resort.

Loved this place! Aaron was absolutely great! I loved this place and it had everything. A restaurant, bar, pool and hot tub. I felt at home here and would love to stay forever. I love it so much. I don’t think I’ve rented a better place than this. The organization was superb.

We originally booked at the Palms through another company that was not communicating or answering our questions. We are so glad we switched to this room through EPRG because everything was great as far as the booking, checking in, and the condo itself. They had plenty of towels and an abundance of pillows, as well as toiletries, first aid kit, blankets, vacuum, broom, trash bags, dishwashing pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets. Great water temperature and pressure for showers. There was a binder with all the property amenities listed and even restaurant suggestions. Also, there is a heated pool on property! Make sure you read the pool map. Side note: We had a 4year old with us who has a loft bed at home so we thought the bunk bed would be great, BUT it’s extremely close to the ceiling. He could not sleep there because he hit his head too much. An adult would be fine. The bottom bed was roomy enough for him to share with Gigi.

Condo was as described, great communication. Resort itself looks good on photos but wasn’t very well maintained and starting to look outdated. Clientele was somewhat suspect and entire facility smelled of marijuana the entire time there. For the price, better served finding another resort with less riffraff. Overall disappointed in the trip, but condo was well maintained, good communication, but would go elsewhere next time.

Great place for a family to stay! The pools were great, and the beach is a very short walk away. The Resturant and Coffee Shop at The Palms are great options if you don’t want to leave to eat - expensive, but good food and drinks! My kids loved the bunk beds, the different pools and splash pad (which was only on sometimes) and the pool table, bags sets and giant chess set. We had a small issue getting in the door and with one of the sliding doors, and Aaron answered and helped out right away! The only complaint we had was the king bed was pretty uncomfortable - we checked underneath and the bed frame was missing supports by the head of the bed. We ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed and everything was fine, but a longer stay could have been a problem (we stayed 4 nights). With that said, we would definitely stay again!

Super great spot, not only was the host super responsive and friendly, but they went way above and beyond when we had anything happen (the battery to the sink died and he had it fixed in a couple hours) but he was just a super great host overall. He gave us so many recommendations for food and things to do in the area and you can tell he really wants you to have a great stay. I definitely think this is the best airbnb experience I’ve had yet as someone who’s traveled pretty frequently!
