Access

The keyless entry lock makes it easy for you to come and go. The lock has an app to lock/unlock the phone via bluetooth. You will be provided with an eKey and a personalized code so you don't have to worry about having your phone. In addition, you will have access to everything in the house to include laundry and beach equipment.

Interaction With Guests

The only interaction will be in the event of an emergency or complaint. I will check in periodically via text/ email to ensure you have everything you need.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly! Please be respectful as there are many full time residents, but don’t hesitate to say hi! It is a privately owned street so traffic is minimal and it has easy access to the beach so that you can enjoy the sugary white sands and blue water. The sunsets are breathtaking, and some evenings you can enjoy an aerial show from local P-51 Mustangs and other small planes. On Thursdays you can go to the dune at the end of the street or walk just a little bit further out to the beach to watch the fireworks at 9 pm sharp.

Transit

Uber’s are plentiful in Destin or you can walk to Norriego Pointe and catch the water taxi over to the boardwalk and local restaurants.

Notes

Departure Instructions As you depart, there are a few departure procedures with which we ask your assistance and appreciate very much for helping with. During peak seasons, departure time is 10 am sharp unless other arrangements have been made with the rental manager. These small things will help ensure that there is a smooth transition between guests and will hopefully be reciprocated for you in the future if you choose to stay again. Please… **Laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided for departure procedures** -Wash all used beach towels and dry. Please ensure sand has been shaken off any items before placing in washer. -Do not wash the slip cover mattress protector, unless absolutely necessary. (Gentle wash cycle warm water/low heat tumble) -Load the dishwasher and run it. Cleaning crew will unload it. -Remove all items from the refrigerator/freezer -Take all trash out to the trash can marked 11 located out front. -If needed, run self-cleaning oven mode the night before your departure -Clean used pots/ pans/ skillet/ Panini press (Do not put in dishwasher). -Sweep up any excessive sand. -Your code will expire at 10 am the day you check out. Cleaning crew will arrive shortly behind you. -Check all drawers (under the bed) and closet for personal items. House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

Great rental company, and holiday isle is a good location. Has extremely close access to bay side water. We had almost a perfect stay! We loved the area.. but ac was set at 78 when we arrived probably from prior clients and it did take a few hours to cool down , countertops has extremely sticky coating throughout kitchen and kitchen table… not sure why? Some ceiling lights need to be replaced. Wardrobe / dresser in 2nd bedroom is broken. The place is described as renovated but These were minor issues to us and we really did enjoy our stay. Aaron was our contact from company and he did a great job answering my questions. A great 4 out of 5 stars.
